Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing has been around for 101 years. If you ask me, they're long overdue for a new look, a new line of products, *something*.

They seem to be pretty well integrated with our economy these days, providing essential chemical compounds used in everything from microprocessors to signs on our interstate highways, but I still think they could stand to diversify a little bit.

Now if 3M had the same marketing ingenuity as, say Microsoft or Apple, they'd be up to 5M by now.

And if AOL were running things up there in Minnesota?
